This week's weight loss wasn't very dramatic—just half of a pound—but boy, am I relieved!
Over the last week, I feasted on Super Bowl foods. Ate Super Bowl leftovers with my dad. Consumed a number of yummy appetizers and entrées with my book club gals. And then devoured homemade pizza (a gigantic, very doughy pizza) for Valentine's Day, including a slice or two the next day.
I was expecting the worst from the scale, so the fact that I not only maintained my weight but even lost half a pound?
I'll certainly take it! :)
What's even cooler is the fact that I still haven't missed a day of exercise. I think my daily workout is what keeps me feeling in-control and motivated, even on those days when I eat a little (or a lot) too much.
Down 13 pounds now...! Wiss woo!

Woohoo! And way to still loose. During the holidays, my dietitian says that if you are maintaining, great, if you loose-even better!
